WebCAMP Help Login Troubleshooting

Make sure you are entering information into the correct fields (first name into first name field, last name into last name field). It's very common for users to enter this data in reverse order and get an "Authentication failed!" error message.


Browser Minimal Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and compatibility with our website, please make sure your browser meets the following minimum requirements:

Recommended Settings:
  • Enable JavaScript: Our website relies on JavaScript for interactive features. Please ensure it is enabled in your browser settings.
  • Pop-up Blocker: make sure to disable pop-up blocker for WebCAMP.
    • Google Chrome:
      • When a pop-up is blocked, you'll see an icon with a red "X" in the address bar.
      • Click on the icon and select "Always allow pop-ups from this site" to disable pop-up blocking for our website.
    • Mozilla Firefox:
      • When a pop-up is blocked, you'll see an icon with a shield in the address bar.
      • Click on the shield icon and select "Disable Blocking for This Site" to disable pop-up blocking for our website.
    • Safari:
      • Go to the Safari menu and select "Preferences."
      • Go to the "Websites" tab and click on "Pop-up Windows" in the left sidebar.
      • Find our website in the list and select "Allow" from the dropdown menu to disable pop-up blocking for our website.
    • Microsoft Edge:
      • When a pop-up is blocked, you'll see an icon with a red "X" in the address bar.
      • Click on the icon and select "Always allow" to disable pop-up blocking for our website.
  • Cookies: Enable cookies to allow seamless browsing and personalized experience.
  • Display Resolution: 1280x720 pixels or higher for optimal viewing.
  • Toolbar: Avoid installing unnecessary toolbars, as they can clutter your browser interface and potentially slow down performance and prevent WebCAMP from loading pop-up pages.

Additional Recommendations:
  • If you encounter error messages such as Request too long", "Bad request", "Size of request field exceeded server limit" or "Http Error 400", you should clear your browser cache.
    Cleaning periodically your browser cache ensures smooth performance and prevent the errors mentioned above.
    Clear cache instructions:
    • Google Chrome:
      • Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
      • Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data."
      • Choose the time range for which you want to clear the cache.
      • Select the "Cached images and files" option.
      • Click on the "Clear data" button.
    • Mozilla Firefox:
      • Click on the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
      • Go to "Options" and select "Privacy & Security."
      • Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
      • Click on the "Clear Data" button.
      • Check the "Cached Web Content" option.
      • Click on the "Clear" button.
    • Safari:
      • Click on the "Safari" menu in the top-left corner.
      • Select "Preferences" and go to the "Privacy" tab.
      • Click on the "Manage Website Data" button.
      • Select "Remove All" to clear all cache data.
      • Confirm the action by clicking on "Remove Now."
    • Microsoft Edge:
      • Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
      • Go to "Settings" and select "Privacy, search, and services."
      • Under the "Clear browsing data" section, click on the "Choose what to clear" button.
      • Check the "Cached data and files" option.
      • Click on the "Clear" button.
  • Update your Browser: Keep your browser updated to the latest version to benefit from security patches and new features.
  • Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions may interfere with the functionality of our website. Temporarily disable them if you experience any issues.
